Don't hesitate to contact us for any reason. We offer a 14 day return policy on all items. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the ship date. If the item was defective or we made an error, we offer a prepaid shipping label. Returns on replacement fix kits will not be accepted unless DOA (dead on arrival). Please contact us for a RMA number before returning. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA. We will issue a RMA and a prepaid return label for return of the defective item. Exchanges will be processed in the same manner as returns. Please contact us with the issue, and we will gladly exchange the item in question. If the exchange is due to a defective product or our error, we will send a pre-paid shipping label for returning the item.

Free shipping on every order. Orders are shipped First Class 2-5 day, and Priority 1-3 day when over 13 oz. Express shipping is available and can be selected at checkout.
