We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied. We offer a 14 day return policy on all items. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the ship date. If the item was defective or we made an error we offer a prepaid shipping label.
Returns on replacement parts will not be accepted unless defective.
Please contact us for a RMA number before returning. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA.
We will issue a RMA and a prepaid return label for return of the defective item.
Exchanges will be processed in the same manner as returns. Please contact us with the issue, and we will gladly exchange the item in question. If the exchange is due to a defective product or our error, we will send a pre-paid shipping label for returning the item.
